Job Summary:
Mechanical Project Managers with extensive experience in managing M&E projects are sought after by ARC Group. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to lead our site-based projects in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee mechanical project teams from inception to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, forecasts, and financial reports to inform stakeholders about progress and potential risks.
• Ensure on-site health and safety compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to provide technical advice and resolve issues as they arise.
• Oversee procurement and material management to ensure timely delivery of resources to site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing M&E projects within the mechanical engineering or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework, as well as electrical integration.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of driving project teams to success.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between £400-£300 per pay period, depending on the contract type (CIS/LTD vs PAYE). This competitive offer reflects the industry standard for skilled professionals in the region.
