We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As an experienced project manager, you will have the opportunity to lead projects in the residential market, working on new-build and refurbishment projects worth £500K to £8M.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with value from £500K to £8M.
  • Plan projects effectively.
  • Review and develop main contractor programme.
  • Manage sub-contractors to deliver requirements on time and within budget.
  • Effectively manage project issues, risk and opportunities.
  • Communicate with all project stakeholders and site installation teams.
  • Support with valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Understand and scrutinise sub-contractor instructions.
  • Manage site health and safety.

Salary

The salary for this position is between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
