Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH, ensuring all systems are in place and staff are prepared.
- Collaborate with the store management team to conduct brand audits as directed by Home Office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to financial systems, POS, and brand processes, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Manage profit and loss statements, stock levels, and rota management to optimize restaurant performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
