About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our successful wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate client meetings and arrange for advisers
  • Assist in processing new business
  • Obtain illustrations and valuations
  • Assist with administration for pension switches, transfers, and other duties requested by the adviser
  • Communicate with clients to help deal with any queries they may have

Requirements

  • Some experience working in an administration role, ideally within financial services, or be a graduate or administrator looking to break into financial services
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Be customer-oriented and look to provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Be able to communicate well and build good relationships
  • Have a desire to learn and develop a career in financial services
