Job Description

Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Ledger and oversee credit control processes
  • Handle Purchase Ledger operations and manage supplier payments
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with external accountants
  • Assist with office administration, including managing incoming calls

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Proven track record in financial roles
  • Experience with accounting software, particularly Xero
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
