About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing wealth management business, supporting a large number of financial advisers. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinating client meetings and arranging for financial advisers
- Assisting in processing new business, including obtaining illustrations and valuations
- Supporting administration for pension switches, transfers, and other duties requested by financial advisers
- Communicating with clients to resolve any queries or concerns they may have
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience working in an administration role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A desire to learn and develop a career in financial services
