Family Support Specialist

About the Role:
Powys County Council is seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join their Care and Support Team. This role focuses on providing social work services to children, young people, and their families who require additional support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with complex cases, and prioritize building positive relationships with families.
This position offers a competitive salary of £34,444 - £41,787 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive induction, regular reflective supervision, and opportunities for career progression.
