Business Relocation Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Relocation Administrator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our Removals and Relocations division, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Relocation Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Update internal systems with relevant data
  • Coordinate paperwork and documentation
  • Monitor and replenish stationery and crew uniform
  • Arrange meetings and send confirmations
  • Prepare sales reports for analysis
  • Process customer enquiries and payments
  • Input sales leads for the sales department
  • Support marketing efforts with case studies
  • Manage the company newsletter
  • Process Purchase Orders and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and Environment policies

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of administration and customer service experience, with strong skills in communication, organization, and time management. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

As a Business Relocation Administrator at Red Recruit, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Removals and Relocations division. We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000, depending on skills and experience.
