Business Relocation Administrator Opportunity

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Relocation Administrator to join our client, a Removals specialist based in Surrey.

As a Business Relocation Administrator, you will be responsible for providing sales, bid, and operational admin support to the company's Business Relocation Division. On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with colleagues, customers, external suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory scanning and managing inventory storage sheets
  • Maintaining and updating data on internal systems
  • Issuing paperwork to relevant team members
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationery and crew uniform
  • Sending meeting confirmations
  • Running monthly sales reports to provide for analysis
  • Managing new customer enquiries, updating quote sheets, and processing payments from customers
  • Inputting sales leads for the sales department
  • Marketing support (Case Studies)
  • Managing the company newsletter
  • Raising Purchase Orders and invoices accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S and Environment policies at all times, and reporting any risks and providing instruction to other employees and subcontractors

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of administration and customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in written and verbal communication, be able to meet strict deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

In return, the successful Business Relocation Administrator will be offered a competitive salary up to £28,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
