About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Relocation Administrator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our Commercial Moving Division, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales, bid, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Scan and manage inventory storage sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update data on internal systems, including sales leads and customer information.
  • Administrative Support: Issue paperwork to relevant team members, monitor and replenish stationery and crew uniform, and send meeting confirmations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run monthly sales reports to provide insights for analysis and decision-making.
  • Customer Service: Manage new customer enquiries, update quote sheets, and process payments from customers.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including case studies and the company newsletter.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with OH&S and Environment policies, reporting any risks and providing instruction to other employees and subcontractors.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of administration and customer service experience, with strong skills in written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will be able to meet strict deadlines, work independently, and as part of a team.

What We Offer

The successful Business Relocation Administrator will be offered a competitive salary of up to £28,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
