Business Relocation Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Relocation Administrator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our Removals and Relocations division, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Relocation Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and data on internal systems
  • Issue paperwork to team members and external suppliers
  • Monitor and replenish stationery and crew uniform
  • Send meeting confirmations and run sales reports
  • Process customer payments and input sales leads
  • Support marketing efforts and manage the company newsletter
  • Raise Purchase Orders and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and Environment policies
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of administration and customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
What We Offer:

Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
