Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker at Phoenix Learning and Care Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing support to children in various activities designed to improve their overall well-being.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the children under your care.
Essential Qualities for Success
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience in working with children.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and colleagues.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Be flexible and willing to work shifts, including sleep-in arrangements at the care home.
