About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to work with pupils aged 3-19 in a SEND Complex Needs Special School. This is a Full-Time position, offering a rewarding and challenging environment for a dedicated professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of pupils with complex special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with a high-volume staff team to ensure seamless support and progress for pupils.
  • Employ effective strategies to address the educational and additional needs of pupils, promoting their overall well-being and development.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for working with children with additional needs and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experience in teaching pupils with complex needs, with a focus on their educational and additional needs.
  • An understanding of how to work effectively with children who require additional support, prioritizing their needs and promoting their progress.
