Job Summary

Biffa Group is seeking a Waste Management Partnerships Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnerships with various organizations to promote sustainable waste management practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership marketing, with experience in developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns. You will work closely with our regional marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnerships with various organizations to promote sustainable waste management practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and community groups
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of partnership marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
