Equipment Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Martin Material Handling Equipment products, including screw conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, conveyor idlers, and pulleys.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, OEM, and EPC customers.
- Work closely with Martin Field Sales, Marketing, and regional operations to create awareness of strategic account preferred OEMs.
- Collaborate with Martin Product Management to identify product/application growth opportunities.
- Present ideas and suggestions for the formulation of the company's strategic account strategies.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial marketplace.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar field, or a Business Degree with mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism in French/English an asset).
- Travel is required to support the Canadian marketplace.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
