Business Development Representative

Cathedral Hygiene is a well-established, family-run company providing exceptional washroom and hygiene services across the UK.
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our successful sales team. This field-based role involves new business development, account management, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business leads and opportunities
- Attend pre-arranged telesales appointments to sell on the day
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers
- Achieve sales targets through determination and effective communication skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong sales, prospecting, presentation, and communication skills
- Determination to meet and exceed targets
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Previous field sales experience (helpful but not necessary)
We provide a competitive salary of £28,500 plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission. Our benefits package also includes:
