Make a Difference in Sheffield
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to one of our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own home.
Salary: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Facilitating social activities and outings
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Working collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Female driver preferred due to client's specific requirements
