About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Sheffield. As a part-time care assistant, you will work closely with our clients, providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals and live independently. With a focus on social inclusion and life skills development, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users.

Main Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:

• Supporting individuals in their own homes or in the community to increase social inclusion and life skills
• Sourcing activities and opportunities for our clients to engage in
• Assisting with employment or education initiatives
• Managing challenging situations and behaviors
• Writing accurate and factual daily reports
• Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (for travel between client locations)
• Weekend availability (to ensure coverage during peak periods)
