Job Title: SEMH Support Worker for Sheffield Schools

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield. As an SEMH Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting secondary students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role:
  • Personalised Support: Provide tailored assistance to help students engage with the curriculum and develop coping strategies for emotional challenges.
  • Emotional and Social Development: Foster a safe and caring atmosphere, offering guidance to help students build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Team Teach Training: While prior training in Team Teach is preferred, it is not essential. We offer free Team Teach training to successful candidates.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience as an SEMH Support Worker or in a similar role, particularly in secondary education.

Desirable Skills: Experience with behaviour management techniques is desirable, though Team Teach training will be provided if necessary.


Salary and Benefits:

Daily Rate: £86-£100 per day

Full-time Position: Immediate start
