Global Asset Services Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Asset Services team as a Senior Manager. This is a key leadership role within our business, requiring a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management skills.

As a Senior Manager of Global Asset Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our asset services activities, including reconciliations, cash management, income, claims, and asset transfers.

About the Role

This is a highly visible role, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of our asset services.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Global Asset Services team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the highest levels of performance and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery of our asset services.
  4. Manage and oversee 3rd party relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and effective communication.
  5. Develop and monitor KPIs/KRIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated >10 years' experience of the asset management industry/experience relevant to role.
  • Extensive knowledge in the outsourced service area covering operational service delivery knowledge and client expectations.
  • Industry awareness of the outsourced service area and regulations governing it.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery and strong influencing skills in managing relationship/client service engagement.
  • Proven capability to work both independently and across a team.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisation skills.
  • Evidence of high degree of independent judgment for decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience of managing multiple initiatives/projects and change management.
