About the Opportunity

A key leadership role has become available for a Lead Analytics Manager to drive the success of the Economic Crime Prevention Platform at Lloyds Banking Group.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Insights and Analytics colleagues in the Economic Crime Prevention Platform to support the fight against Fraud and Financial crime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the data strategy to support the Economic Crime Prevention Platform and lead the team to deliver a portfolio of initiatives.
  • Provide data-led insights to enduring product teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead analytics to drive improvements across the resolving economic crime arena.
  • Identify innovative solutions to support the monitoring of economic crime resolution controls.
  • Work with stakeholders to enhance economic crime resolution processes and controls.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of producing data-driven insight across a complex landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills, using empathy, clarity, and challenge to support the team.
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent analytical, visualisation, and interpretative skills.
  • Experience of SQL, BigQuery, or Python in real-world business applications.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills.
