Commercial Sales Account Manager

We are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Northern England. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial flooring sales and be able to manage key accounts across the region while actively seeking new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of selling commercial flooring solutions to national and regional housebuilders, Social Housing providers, and Local Authorities.
- Managing key accounts across the North of England while actively seeking new project opportunities.
- Traveling across Northern England to meet clients and attend site visits.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial flooring or related interior products is preferred.
- Skilled at selling to national or regional housebuilders and/or local authority/social housing projects.
- A self-starter with a technical mindset and the skills to succeed independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package estimated at £52,000 - £67,000 depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package including company car, generous contributory pension, 3x death in service, 25 days holiday, company credit card, and healthcare including family, dental, and optical cover.
