About the Job

We are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Northern England. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial flooring sales and be able to manage key accounts across the region while actively seeking new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of selling commercial flooring solutions to national and regional housebuilders, Social Housing providers, and Local Authorities.
  • Managing key accounts across the North of England while actively seeking new project opportunities.
  • Traveling across Northern England to meet clients and attend site visits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial flooring or related interior products is preferred.
  • Skilled at selling to national or regional housebuilders and/or local authority/social housing projects.
  • A self-starter with a technical mindset and the skills to succeed independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package estimated at £52,000 - £67,000 depending on experience.
