Support Worker in Older People's Services

Fife Council is recruiting for a Support Worker in our Older People's Residential and Day Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable older people. As a member of our care home team, you will provide care and support which meets the Health and Social Care standards. You will work with service users to maximise their personal independence, health, wellbeing, and access service opportunities in their local communities.
The ideal candidate will have or be able to work towards the required qualification as required by the SSSC. They will also be able to work with other Council services and partner agencies to support the effective planning and delivery of care and support within our service.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The salary for this role is £24,890.91 - £27,087.17 (Pro-Rata), which includes an estimated annual salary of £29,819.
