The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced adult care assistant/support worker who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and young people in crisis. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting adults/young people in a residential setting, confidence in working with colleagues in challenging situations, and the ability to make decisions and take action in challenging situations. They will also possess sound communication and judgment skills, as well as a clear understanding of protecting personal and professional boundaries.
