Social Care Relief Support Specialist

Centreforequalities is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to older people in our residential services across Fife. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a relief social care worker (night shift).
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the keyworker role, which includes creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, as well as maintaining accurate records of support planning. They must be able to work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to ensure effective planning and delivery of care and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine interest in the care and support of older people
- Experience of care within a complex yet rewarding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In return, we offer a competitive estimated salary of £72 per hour, plus access to a benefits package that includes discounts on a wide range of products and services. The contract type is casual, with working hours including night shifts only.
