About the Role

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People to join our team at Fife Council.

The role involves providing care and support which meets the Health and Social Care standards, working with other Council services and partner agencies to support the effective planning and delivery of care and support within our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans
  • Keeping accurate records of support planning
  • Ensuring service users are offered opportunities, experience, and care and support within their plan
  • Promoting service users to access opportunities in their local communities

Requirements

  • Experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team
  • Must have or be able to work towards the required qualification as required by the Scottish Social Services Council
