Customer Care Representative - UK - Bilingual German (or Swiss German) / English

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer German-speaking customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email management software.
  • Process customer orders using in-house system software.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers where appropriate to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop relationships with customers, building opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have a UK visa.
Working Hours:

Our Customer Care Representative will work a flexible schedule, with varying hours across different weeks. This includes:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:15
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday - 07:30 to 15:45
  • Week 3: Monday to Friday - 11:00 to 19:15
  • Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 08:00 to 16:15
  • Week 5: Monday to Friday - 11:45 to 20:00

Requirements:
  • Customer service/sales/administration or similar corporate experience
  • German and English language skills at Native or C1 level
