Multidisciplinary Team Support Coordinator

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has experience working in a healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will provide support to the nursing staff and contribute to the smooth running of the ward, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including answering phones, taking messages, and managing records.
- Assist with the preparation of patient care plans, maintaining accurate records, and updating patient information.
- Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in clinical tasks such as making beds, handling bed linen, and assisting with patient transfers.
Requirements:- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands of the ward.
- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.
