About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing Medtronic's internal topics, including stock availability and revenue reporting. You will work closely with Enterprise Account leads and Operating Unit contact points to drive complex transformational change and implement innovative growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational escalations, including client and vendor-facing roles
  • Prepare reports and analyses for monthly meetings
  • Monitor data health and take corrective action
  • Manage consignment vendors and levels with the Purchasing Team
  • Partner with the SD Lead on operational topics

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Strong data management skills, including MS Excel and PowerBi
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with SAP
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise, influence, and negotiate effectively
  • Several years of experience in inventory management or managing complex data sets in a supply chain environment
  • Track record of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Supply chain/logistics/material management background essential
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and written
