Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Recruitment Helpdesk. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Build and maintain relationships with courier companies to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using inventory management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
