We are seeking an experienced Developmental Programs Manager to join our team at LEK. As a key member of our Learning and Talent Development department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing developmental programs that drive business growth and success.

**About the Role:**
The Developmental Programs Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement the European Learning Programme. This includes conducting training needs analysis, ensuring on-time delivery of programs, and developing new training experiences based on future talent and business needs. The successful candidate will also define and oversee the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement developmental programs that meet business objectives
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
* Manage the L&D Steering Committee to ensure effective stakeholder engagement
* Develop and oversee a significant learning budget to drive business results
* Collaborate with sectors and functional groups to understand industry and client needs

**Requirements:**
* Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience
* Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
* Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
* Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
* Demonstrable experience in developing learning and competency frameworks plus implementing a learning ecosystem
