Job Title:We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Health and Social Care Assessor.
Location:This role is based in Kent, with a requirement for flexibility in travel.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 (OTE £40,000).
Job Type:This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Essential Criteria:- A recognised Assessor award such as D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA is necessary.
- Experience delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or Level 5 is required.
- OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCY IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE IS ESSENTIAL.
- Delivering Maths and English Functional Skills is also required.
- Conducting online remote assessments and face-to-face visits as needed is essential.
- Good ICT skills and a full, clean driving licence with vehicle use are necessary.
- Assessing learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Delivering training and supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Efficiently managing your diary for timely visits and reviews.
- Maintaining documentation on learners' progress.
- Supporting and motivating learners.
- Adapting delivery to meet learner needs and overcoming barriers to learning.
