Are you a clinically experienced Health Care Assistant seeking to advance your career in healthcare? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to oversee our care team in Kent, servicing all care packages. As a key member of our Complex Care department, you will visit new and existing clients, play a crucial role in supporting the demands of our specialised services, and lead by example with your expertise.

In this varied role, you will spend time both in the office writing care plans and updating existing ones, as well as out in the community supervising our passionate care assistants and building relationships with our clients. To succeed, you must have experience supporting those with disabilities and complex health needs, hold a Level 3 or above Health and Social Care qualification, or be willing to attend fully funded training to achieve QCF level 3 within the first year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor our care assistants, ensuring they possess the required clinical skills through relevant training and supervision
  • Maintain familiarity with clients' diverse complex needs to ensure continuity and consistency in care
  • Collaborate with our Care Manager to setup care packages, write and update care plans, and meet with clients
  • Perform clinical duties, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation, as needed
