Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health Care Assistant with complex care experience to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. This role will involve managing a team of carers, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring the smooth delivery of care packages in the Maidstone area.

This is a field-based role, requiring regular travel across Kent to support our clients and staff.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care)
  • Experience in a senior healthcare role, preferably in complex care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
