Job Overview
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in one of our Barchester care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will help make sure residents enjoy each day by assisting with daily living, providing companionship, and creating great moments and memories. It's a chance to use your compassion and dedication in a fulfilling environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist residents with daily living tasks
• Provide support and companionship to residents
• Create great moments and memories with residents
• Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care

About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. In return, we'll provide all the training you need to thrive.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include free training and development for all roles, access to wellbeing and support tools, a range of retail discounts and savings, and unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend' bonus scheme.
