Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Education Support Worker. As an Education Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to children in the Foundation Stage.
Your primary focus will be on promoting the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of every child. You will work closely with other professionals to create an enabling environment where children can play, develop, and learn.
Key Requirements:
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues
- Passion for education and child development
