A leader in the sales performance management space, Varicent is a pioneer in software solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be part of our global sales team, working closely with Sales Leadership to set priorities and make key strategic decisions. Your role will involve shaping and influencing every part of our enterprise sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has a material impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop overall sales strategy along with sales leadership.
  • Execute successful sales campaigns, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships with businesses and comfort selling to C-suite executives within major accounts in the SaaS market.
  • Confidence in running high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Interest in the ICM and/or CRM/SAAS tech space, with a willingness to become a subject matter expert.

Success Factors:

  • Within 1 month, attend Varicent Sales Bootcamp and meet with current Enterprise Account Executives to understand what's working and what's not.
  • Start developing an account strategy with Manager's support.
  • Within 3 months, own your numbers, consistently achieving goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list.
  • Within 6 months, continue to own your numbers and consistently achieve goals.
  • Within 12 months, consistently exceed business goals and become a product expert in the sales performance management space.
