About the Role:

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the future schedule of appointments, working closely with clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments and make promises that we can keep.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 planners
  2. Manage planners' KPIs / SLAs
  3. Schedule works for heating-based engineers
  4. Schedule works into diaries for operatives daily, ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free
  5. Provide a high-quality service to our client
  6. Work within a team to achieve goals and targets, achieving daily targets

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be based in Dartford (DA2), working standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).

This role offers a competitive salary of £26k - £27k per annum, depending on experience.
