Director of Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Director of Operations to lead our Networked Care Group. As a champion of integration between primary, community, social, mental health, secondary and tertiary health care services, you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of our Networked Care Group directorate's performance, ensuring that these clinical services meet national and local standards and patient expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivery of the service provision for four Directorates, comprising all specialties within Integrated Medicine, Specialist Medicine, Pathology and Pharmacy services, including relationship with Berkshire and Surrey Shared Pathology Service (BSPS)
- Managing relationships with the RBFT Community partners, ensuring service provision across the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)
- Trust Lead for the Patient Flow programme
- Management of the delivery of key services across all RBFT sites including those in Bracknell, Windsor, West Berkshire Community Hospital, Wokingham Community Hospital and Townlands (Henley)

Person Specification
- Essential:
- Master's level in relevant field or equivalent level of management experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Desirable:
- MBA or relevant post graduate management qualification
