About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Operations to lead our Networked Care Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of our clinical services, ensuring they meet national and local standards and patient expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery of service provision for four Directorates, comprising all specialties within Integrated Medicine, Specialist Medicine, Pathology and Pharmacy services.
  • Managing relationships with RBFT Community partners, ensuring service provision across the Integrated Care Partnership.
  • Trust Lead for the Patient Flow programme.
  • Management of delivery of key services across all RBFT sites.

Requirements

  • Master's level education in a relevant field or equivalent level of management experience.
  • Substantial recent management experience at a senior level in a complex organization.
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting information to identify and manage variances in performance.
  • Significant experience of business planning techniques and managing business processes.
  • Understanding of financial reporting mechanisms.
