Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Ford & Slater Limited. As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the growth of our parts business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face-to-face, over the trade counter and telephone.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Parts Sales Specialist or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Sales driven, with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts.
- Customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 4 x 8am-4:30pm, 1 x 8am-3:30pm.
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am-Midday, paid as overtime.
