Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure the company meets its regulatory obligations.
  • Manage regulatory relationships and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Lead and manage the compliance team to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior compliance role within an FCA environment, preferably in Consumer Lending.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and legislation.
  • Proven track record in implementing effective compliance programs.
