Imperium Financial Recruitment is partnering with a reputable firm to find a dedicated and experienced Corporate Restructuring Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and achieving optimal outcomes for creditors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent entities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize asset recovery and distribution to creditors.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports for creditors, courts, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead meetings with creditors and stakeholders, providing clear and transparent communication regarding case progress and resolutions.
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met in accordance with insolvency legislation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Stay updated with changes in insolvency laws and regulations, ensuring the firm's practices remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP) status is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing corporate insolvency cases.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of insolvency law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes:
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using insolvency software and MS Office Suite.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
