Role Overview:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for enhancing the utilization and reliance on KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions as the primary resource for all Microsoft services within KPMG. Acting as a trusted consultant, the SPM collaborates with member firms to help shape their strategies for addressing their clients' business and technological needs. This position entails identifying and advancing opportunities for MBS in the global market by leveraging a unique combination of business development, presales, technical knowledge, and delivery capabilities. Furthermore, the SPM fosters innovation within the firm and client base, contributes to team growth, and encourages collaboration among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a demand generation strategy tailored to a specific industry sector
  • Articulate the positioning, distinctiveness, and messaging for Microsoft offerings through KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions
  • Generate sales pipeline and drive revenue for the organization
  • Identify and pursue diversification opportunities across various sub-industries, emerging technologies, and service offerings
  • Work alongside KPMG teams to develop integrated propositions customized for specific industries or clients
  • Ensure robust contracts with clients, support program execution, and create profitable commercial frameworks
  • Develop a marketing and communications strategy to enhance pipeline with new clients
  • Manage client relationships and commercial engagements effectively to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Microsoft solution sales
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure
  • Cross-industry experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, and Consumer Markets
  • Proven success in establishing profitable relationships and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Ability to lead a Microsoft solution sales team and implement effective strategies
  • Experience with large-scale transformation projects exceeding €2m
  • Extensive network within the Microsoft sales ecosystem
  • Demonstrated capacity to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and innovation
  • Enthusiastic about discussing current technology trends with clients
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration and team development
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management and business transformation
  • Skilled in mentoring and providing constructive feedback
  • Focus on cross-functional communication and information sharing
