About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage orders and purchase orders, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication with our sales team.
  • Log and manage customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Partner with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communicate with manufacturers to negotiate prices and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure our older clientele feel valued and respected, delivering personalized customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing Excel sheets and handling PDFs.
