Customer Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CPI Selection. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Log all correspondence on our internal system
- Liaise with external colleagues and support the field-based team with arranging appointments
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to delivering an excellent service to customers
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
