We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering our HR strategy and driving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and their teams on HR best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, including people policies, employee benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Offer advice and solutions to people leaders on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, sickness, and performance issues.
  • Partner with leaders and line managers to identify and address organizational development and workforce development needs.
  • Embed compliance and governance across People processes, including IR35, GDPR, PSA, internal audit, and ad hoc projects.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of our new performance management approach and processes.
  • Provide timely data and insights on key people metrics.
  • Contribute to the employee forum network, lead engagement survey activity, and listening groups.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People on salary review and benchmarking processes for competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Lead or support people projects, including pay, reward, or leadership development.
  • Regularly review our benefits packages to ensure market-leading offerings.
  • Work with the People Administration Specialist to ensure payroll, benefits, and bonus payments are accurate.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience at HRBP level or equivalent.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ideal CIPD level 7.
  • Strong use of data and HRIS management.
  • Proactive in making positive changes to work processes and approaches.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to help the team continually improve.
