Sales Director Role

You will have a tangible impact on our management framework, dictating how we do business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll work within a global matrix organisation with sales entities across the world to deliver within sales as part of our Growth+ Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Manage global strategic accounts at the highest level, managing the account team and aligning all sales actions in related countries with local sales responsible owners.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met and exceeded by the company.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an account team as a sales leader.
  • Evidence of successful commercial management with results achieved.
  • Experience with high-level strategic sales in a B2B sales environment.
  • Decisive through rational and commercial judgment.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
