Job Title: South West Sales Growth Specialist

At Kevin Edward, we're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive growth through new business development and account management in the South West.

This is a unique opportunity to join our commercial team and contribute to our company's strategic growth plans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving as a key point of contact for clients, developing leads, and creating opportunities aligned with our company goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the South West region.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute structured sales plans with measurable goals in line with our commercial strategy.
  • Closing Deals: Analyze customer needs and design service solutions that align with them, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and strengthen key accounts.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing remote sales regions, successful sales experience in B2B environments, and a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, they should have strong communication skills, time management abilities, and experience working in the HVAC industry.

We offer a competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, corporate eyecare scheme, free parking, and discretionary benefits upon successful completion of probation.
