Job Title: Area Sales Representative - South West

Vacancy Title: Area Sales Representative - South West

Our Client is a leading supplier of high-spec bathroom products, offering competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

The Role

To promote our Client's products across an agreed geographical area, by proactively managing new business development and establishing relationships with senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the market and business needs, and develop a clear, structured business plan to manage customers and maximize sales growth.
  • Establish relationships with senior decision makers, and ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Work closely with the internal contact to effectively manage accounts and build new business, and collaborate with the Customer Service Team to resolve customer challenges.
  • Attend team meetings to provide input into national strategy and initiatives, and provide senior management with regular updates on progress and activities.
The Candidate

We are seeking an outgoing, positive, and capable individual who is self-motivated and able to self-manage their database and area to an effective level, and achieve the targets set.

Skills and Knowledge Required
  • A sales background in the bathroom market, with strong product knowledge and an understanding of the sector and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills, effective planning, organisation, and evaluation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and tenacious, with highly effective communication and presentation skills necessary to gain credibility with customers and key product and service providers.
  • A current UK driving license, and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
